| The long time Porsche driver Count Carel Godin de Beaufort in his Porsche 718 in the Silverstone paddock before the race. He ran his cars in the Dutch orange color and entered them through his Ecurie Maarsbergen. He would finish thirteenth. Later in the season he would be killed in a crash during practice for the German Grand Prix. |
