| The start: Jack Brabham, the eventual winner is on the outside of the front row in his Cooper. In the middle is the Ferrari 246/F1 of Jean Behra who led until his engine failed and on pole is the Rob Walker Cooper of Stirling Moss who took over the lead until his transmission broke. |
