| The start. Juan Manuel Fangio’s Maserati pulls away from its pole position with the Ferrari 801/F1-57 of Peter Collins next to him and the Vanwall of Stirling Moss on the far side of the front row. Fangio won easily after Moss, Collins and Mike Hawthorn were eliminated in a violent crash at the Chicane. |
