| A wonderful color Klemantaski shot taken during practice. Note the expressions on the Ferrari mechanics’ faces and the road up the hill to Raidillon in the distance. They must be waiting for ‘Nino’ Farina or Mike Hawthorn to come round: n. 6 is the Type 555 “Squalo” of Froilán González and n. 8 the 625/F1 of Maurice Trintignant. In the race Alberto Ascari won with the other factory Ferrari 625/F1, followed by Farina and Luigi Villoresi. |
