| Early in the race Graham Hill leads Jim Clark by a whisker as they go through Tabac, followed by Hill’s teammate Richie Ginther in the second B.R.M. Clark got past into the lead but then his transmission failed, leaving B.R.M. to continue on to a 1-2 finish. |
