| Still very young, the Mexican Ricardo Rodriguez had surprised the Ferrari team when given a car at Monza in 1961. After an excellent result at Pau, he was less successful at the difficult Dutch circuit, crashing out late in the race.The aggressive and talented young Mexican ignored danger and it caught up with him later in the year during practice for his home Grand Prix in Mexico City. |
