| Wolfgang von Trips about to go out for practice in the Ferrari 246P prototype rear-engined car which first appeared at Monaco. It is now fitted with a 1.5 liter motor and will run in the F.2 section of the race, which it won, placing fifth overall. Ferrari was getting ready to clean up in the new F.1 of 1961. |
