| Another great Juan Manuel Fangio action photo: here he is descending the high speed hill after the start/finish line during practice for the 1957 French Grand Prix. He won again, this time ahead of the Ferraris of Luigi Musso and Peter Collins. Note that the only items in focus are Fangio’s helmet rim and goggles through which his eyes are just visible. What an impression of speed! Klemantaski claimed that this was his finest motor racing photograph. |
