| Juan Manuel Fangio rounds the Gazomètre hairpin in practice in the experimental Maserati 250F V12. The engine characteristics of this car were not well suited to the tight Monaco course and Fangio selected a standard six cylinder 250F for the race. Once again Klemantaski was on top of the action. |
