| Tony Brooks with the Vanwall leads the Ferraris of Mike Hawthorn and Peter Collins out of Tatts corner and past the main grandstand. Brooks qualified on pole, but eventually turned his car over to Stirling Moss who brought it home a winner in the first British Grand Prix victory by a British car. |
