| Eugenio Castellotti rounds the Station Hairpin in the Ferrari-Lancia which had been started by Juan Manuel Fangio. After a spin, Fangio hit various curbs with the car trying to make up time doing it no good at all, before giving it to Castellotti and taking over the similar car started by Peter Collins. Castellotti came home fourth, six laps down. |
