| The International Trophy was run in two Heats and a Final. This is the start of the Final with Giuseppe Farina on pole with his own Maserati 4CLT/48 with Reg Parnell’s similar car, with Parnell standing next to it, to his left entered by Scuderia Ambrosiana. The Final was won by Alberto Ascari’s Ferrari 125/F1 with Farina just two seconds behind. |
